CCS Pro Clean was founded in 2017 by William Castle

William was previously in the construction industry and had a spell working as a Production Director for a well known and innovative UK based garden manufacturing company. Throughout his career William always wanted to own and run his own business. In 2015 William noticed a gap in the cleaning industry and put a plan into motion. He noticed the cleaning market was split into segments. There were large national companies offering singular services for a low price for a low standard of work.
The remainder of the market place was made up of sole traders offering singular services. These services on the whole were unreliable with a poor standard of work, then expecting cash payments on the doorstep.

The first step was to provide a professional, reliable and modern window cleaning service. Rather than paying for someone with a dirty rag to come and clean your glass William bought his window cleaning business into the 21st century by using pure water technology. We also decided to bring payment methods into the 21st entire with the option for direct debit and electronic payments. No more running to the cash point or post office or his customers to draw out cash.

Once the window cleaning was established the company moved onto its next stage of becoming a complete cleaning service. The next step was to offer a full exterior hard surface cleaning service. This service provides cleaning solutions for everything from your roof down to your driveway. To ensure the service’s supplied would be the best possible and the safest possible the company undertook extensive professional training to a City & Guilds level.

The aim for the future is to provide more professional and reliable services throughout the South and South West of the UK. The future services will include regular home cleaners. Cleaners for offices, factories, shops and restaurants, letting agencies, estate agents and facilities management companies. Other services to come online will be carpet and oven cleaners and specialist hard floor renovations and cleans.
